Staff is very helpful and even took time to explain how to save money in shipping costs (flat rate boxes vs weighing packages).. small office but usually isn’t too crazy busy; although I have seen a line around lunch time right before they close for lunch. Very happy with service here! It can be intimidating walking in there not having a clue what you’re doing, but they’re very helpful and welcoming!! Def would recommend.
