- KLKara LeopoldMar 31, 20201.004/2020: Just moved to the area; my VERY FIRST PACKAGE was delivered to the wrong address. Called in and spoke with Ralph who treated me like I was lying that I never received my package. Told me we’ll see if the person is honest and puts it back in the mail box. Next day nothing so I called in and spoke with Cody who instantly took action and got me my package. Truthfully the mail boxes are clearly marked in which Ralph used that as an excuse and tried getting around dealing with the issue. The person who received my package opened it, little did they know it was a remote for my tv in which was needed to work from home so thanks! I ordered my daughters Easter stuff online with everything going on I hope I receive them and don’t have to go through this again. But kudos to Cody for taking the time to find my package and personally deliver it. 10/18/23: I have had numerous issues with my mail not being delivered. Cards will show up days later instead of same day all other bills show up on time though. Funny how that works. I have had certified mail sent in which now looking at past emails I am showing they mark as "No access to delivery location". Very interesting. The more I ask around the more it seems like this is a very common issue with this post office.
