Friendly postal workers who are extremely well trained and know the postal rules and procedures well. They're also good at explaining things simply.

Absolutely the worst post office. Ever since moving to Elizabethtown this has been hands down the most frustrating part. My packages NEVER get delivered. We even have lockers on my property For that very reason yet the lazy employees will mark “unable to deliver couldn’t get to front door” which is just absolutely ridiculous. You can walk right up to my door with no problems and we have specific lockers (6 of them at that) for packages to be left that could fit easily 2-4 packages each. I have had anywhere from 20-25 packages go missing just in the year that
I have lived here and that doesn’t count the 40-50 I’ve had to track down. You can’t even call to figure out what is going on because the phone number doesn’t work and just keeps ringing and if you go down to speak to them personally, they have no idea what’s going on. They treat you like an inconvenience no matter how nice patient you may be. They have no regard for people’s belongings or items they spend their money on. They have horrible customer service and treat people with no human decency. This place is the worst excuse for a business I’ve ever seen. Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely the worst Postal Service I've ever experienced. I've had multiple occasions where my neighbor's received my mail, meanwhile I get theirs-it's not hard to identify numbers to match with doors. Then there's the issue of how I continue to receive mail for people who haven't lived here in this apartment for at least 30 years, one time including ALL of what I can only assume were the paychecks for the employees of Tri County Construction!!!
For the 3rd time this year, i recieved a pink slip suggesting an attempt to deliver certified mail and that the carrier came when no one was home...but ALL THREE TIMES i have been home and NO attempt to knock or ring the doorbell were made! Lazy carrier just didnt feel like walkin the 10 feet to my door from postbox! Ridiculous!

My mail keeps going to the neighbor's or i keep getting theirs. How hard is it to match up numbers!? I keep calling the post office but there's never any answer and they have the answering machine disconnected! How unprofessional! And we have to trust these people with our mail!?
