- KAKhalil0073 ahmadi1 day ago1.0I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at this post office location. They delivered my package to the completely wrong spot. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, the staff refused to listen to what I had to say. To make matters worse, the supervisor gave me the wrong directions regarding where it was placed, which delayed me and ultimately allowed someone else to take my package. Instead of taking accountability and helping me solve the problem, management and the staff just created more issues and roadblocks. They have zero customer service skills and absolutely no accountability for losing people's mail. Avoid this location if you can.
