  Going to close our mailbox with them today. We've had enough. My husband and I have used their services for more than four years and we just can't keep dealing with this place anymore. They keep getting worse. 1. You could always choose how long you prepay for their mailboxs; 3 months, 6 months, or a year. We were lied to several times and told that we could only pay for the year, when their website has a different policy, but if you talk to the right employee suddenly that's not true and you can pay for less if you like. So depends on who helps you that day. 2. They have lost my packages for days or weeks at a time before. Small packages they receive will disappear more often than not. Sometimes you will get lucky and they find them days after the tracking said they arrive. Other times they will swear they never received the package that you have a photo of arriving. If you question them and ask them to please look around, they won't. They will just tell you that they already check everything. Then why does the package sometimes show up days or weeks later like magic then? We only kept going here because we thought more packages would be lost in the neighborhood we live in, but the rate of packages being lost through them is now insane. 3. They will close early. I know that one isn't a horrible if it's like 5-10 minutes, but we have literally been walking up to the store 15-20 minutes before closing and been met at the door by an employee looking us dead in the face and locking the door so they wouldn't have to deal with more work. We only wanted to pick up a package, nothing that would require more than two minutes and certainly nothing that would require them to stay after there official closing time. 4. The final straw was yesterday. We went to pick up a package and a new young male employee was incredibly rude to both my husband and I. He wouldn't allow us access to our box or packages, even when presented with our IDs. He said we didn't have our key on us, so he wouldn't even look to see if we have packages. As I said we have been going here for over 4 years and have never been told this. If it's a policy change, then they should have informed us. But it wasn't even his refusal, it was the way he spoke down to us and was the rudest we've experienced yet through their store. Which is impressive, because they have been rude with us many times when we have asked them to look for a missing package or really do anything. Well if they want our key, we are bringing it today to shut our box down. I hope this detailed explanation of why this store is horrible to have a box through helps save some other people from going through this nightmare of a store.

  Drove from johnstown to ship something to uk to be told to come back Monday as the person wasn't trained in doing this how can you train someone but not train them to do this service this unprofessional
