  No Verizon service or wifi.(that works) My tracking label scan refreshed and they were unable to help me retrieve it so I had to order a new label. They couldn’t look up or offer to help how to get the already paid for label open. Also is $10 cheaper shipping when ordered off ups.com

  Customer representatives were great, but what's with the system going down in the middle of the day. I had to come back the next day. What a hassle.

  The young ladies at the store were very helpful making copies But $.80 a copy is ridiculous even $.40 a copy is ridiculous what are we doing here ripping off customers like this

  The worst store. Customer service here is horrible. You come to return a package and you have to jump through hoops. They have a huge tape behind them and they want you to pay $4 or more to purchase a tape for something that is already packaged but not to their standards. Their greed and lack of service makes me never want to go to their location or use UPS. Update to your Response: Good customer service would be to spend (X) a month and have tape available when needed. Even if you needed to charge $1 to those who YOU are demanding additional tape from after they come with their package prepared. To waste gas to going back and fourth in this economy is inconsiderate and you are taking advantage charging $4 for a whole tape. I will definately not go there again. You have lost my business, and I am pretty sure others feel the same way. Hope that tape was worth it.
