  5 Stars for the team -1 Star (totaling 4 Stars) for the overall experience Firstly - the staff at this Staples Printing Dept. is great! They're positive and friendly despite the high level of impatience and rudeness that some customers express. The overall print quality is good considering the amount of overload this location experiences. Be prepared to possibly wait, if you can communicate/submit your print order a few days to a week earlier than you need it at the latest, then your experience will likely be smoother. Sadly - the print department is clearly understaffed and spread too thin. My order was delayed because the team was behind schedule due to staff call-outs. However, upon arriving at the store, the manager, Tina, did her utmost to make things right. She printed my order right away, despite the team being over 30 orders behind for the day. Tina and her colleagues handled the pressure, impatience, and demands of a busy store wonderfully. They maintained great attitudes and worked incredibly hard to serve customers. Unfortunately, you can see the stress this creates for the staff. As a paying customer I would have liked to have had more of an opportunity to print a better version of my project, however my day got so behind that I was not able to spend time with Tina to get it printed better and left without what I really wanted. I paid for a good enough version of what could have been better if the print team was actually able to spend even just a little bit more quality time on each order. I did call ahead the day before and again in the early morning, Tina communicated professionally and worked well with me, however; at no fault of her own, she was so busy and overloaded that she was unable to reach back out to me as the day went on. The printing and binding work requires special skills, and employees should be paid what their quality service is actually worth. Paying better wages would help attract and retain more team members. Staples print quality is pretty good overall, but the system needs structural adjustments. A nearby location recently closed due to rising lease costs, which is sad because the demand for printing is always extremely high in this area. Hopefully, a new location will open nearby. To improve the experience, corporate might want to consider downsizing some store footprints and reallocating funds to hire and properly compensate more quality staff. Despite the delays, Tina and her team did their absolute best. They deserve recognition for providing great service in a highly stressful environment!

  Hard to tell about the rest of the store for me anyway because all I did was drop a package off the return from Amazon and to do that was very quick and easy

  I had such a hard time getting everything in my order set up to be printed, but this store is absolutely amazing. Ashley (hope I spelt correctly) is the kind of employee that many places should be proud to hire. She goes above and beyond for the customer. I'm extremely lucky that I had her help, because I had a large order that I needed taken care of with so many questions about it. So I just wanted to say how extremely thankful I am. Just a wonderful customer experience, and everyone at this store is so kind.

  How to use the men's bathroom. On June 7th and the bathroom is disgusting inside it looks like nobody has cleaned it in years. It's a shame that a manager can't go into a bathroom and look and see how bad it is and tell his employees to clean the bathroom. I definitely won't be coming back here.
