  I CALLED AND ASK THE GENTLEMAN ABOUT THE 2014 CHEVY CONVERSATION VAN HE TOLD ME ITS ONLY A CASH PURCHASE THAT THE BANK WOULDN'T FINANCE IT BECAUSE ITS TOO OLD I SAID TO MYSELF OK MAYBE NOT THE BANK THEY USE .PRICE IS $33.290 THEN HE ASKED ME HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE I SAID THAT I HAD $25.000 CASH RIGHT NOW HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK HE HAS TO TALK TO HIS BOSS NEVER DID. SO I PULLED UP TO THE CAR LOT . HE DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS ME SO I ASKED ABOUT THE VAN AND HE STATED THAT SOMEONE HAD PUT A $1000 AND WAS GATHERING UP THE REST OF THE $ AND THAT THE TOTAL COST WAS $39.500 SO I SAID THAT I HAD $27.000 JUST TO SEE WHAT HE SAYS . THEN HE TELLS ME THAT I CAN PUT $25,000 DOWN. ALL OF A SUDDEN HE HAS A CONNECTION WITH THE BANK AND IF IM COOL GOING THROUGH THE BANK I SAID NO AND LEFT BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL WITH A PURCHASE OF FINANCE WITH THESE GUYS SCAM ALERT

  You made me wait 2 days for crappy results! You have got to be kidding me! I am a modeler and make paper buildings. I use 65lb card stock for everything but the roof because ir can easily dent so i use 80lb×. At 8:30am i dropped off my 7 pages to get copied and specifically told them IN WRITING i needed 6 pages at 65lb but the roof had to be at least 80lbs. I even mentioned the denting and why it needed to be 80lbs+. I was told i would have it by the end of the day. When i didn't hear from them by 3:30pm, i called and they told me they were slammed but i would get them the next day. When i did hear from them by 2;30pM the nexted day, i called and was told me they'd have it by 4pm So at 4pm i picked up my copies and they were all printed on 100lbs card stock. COMPLETELY USELESS BECAUSE I CANT BEND/FOLD 100LBS FOR ANYTHING BUT THE ROOF. It took them less than 5 minutes to correct the problem by printing 6 pages on 65lb card stock. Just 5 mimutes!. SO WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT 2 DAYS FOR FOR MY COPIES...SHEAR INCOMPENTENCE! It gets even better... My sole purpose for having Staples make a copy was to get a price because im planning to make 250 to 500 copies for sale at a Christmas market but since they gave me the copies for free because of their incompetence, i didn't get the price i needed so i went to the store manager. While i waited 15 minutes for the to figure out price, i overhead another employee tell a customer color copies are $1.07/copy. Finally the store manager came back and told me it would cost $8.52 for my 8 pages...you guessed it, $1.07/copy. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! Added information... On the top of each page i noted the card stock weight but since they scanned it first and didn't use my originals to make my copy,, the top of each was cut' off. This brings out another problem! They did not ask for my approval to scan and retain my copyrighted material on their system.

  I had a good experience buying my laptop from them. The salesperson helped me figure out what would best fit my needs, and they had it prepared for me within a few days. The issue I have is with the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 16IRU9 - Type 83DU that they sold me. A year after buying it, one hinge broke, causing me issues with opening and closing the laptop. They can't fix it there, so you have to open a claim (as long as you purchased protection), then ship it off to be fixed, leaving you without your PC for a week or so. This happened in April 2026, and now it has happened on the other side. This laptop is obviously poorly made, using cheap parts. Someone else posted a review about their hinge breaking on their Lenovo laptop, so it must be a common issue. The processor works fine, but I am afraid to close my laptop now because I don't have a week to be without it when the hinge finally goes (again). So be cautious when purchasing a laptop here.

  Easy parking, and had everything I needed. Checkout is kind of a maze, but apparently it's important to exercise your brain with puzzles as you get older. Guy at checkout wasn't chatty, but as someone who goes to self checkout as often as possible, that isn't a complaint.

  My biggest complaint about this place is that they seem to be perpetually understaffed, asking employees to cover too many areas and counters. And I don’t blame the workers at all - they do the job. It would just be a better customer experience if corporate would staff the store accordingly.
