- RKRandall Kidd3 days ago2.0The East Stroudsburg, PA USPS consistently places my mail in the wrong box. I have lost confidence in the East Stroudsburg PA USPS postal service. I will try to avoid using their services or any vendor that uses their service to make deliveries. I'll continue using other mail delivery services instead. They are not capable of delivering the right packages to the correct mailbox.

- PTPlayton ThomsenFeb 28, 20261.0There was a period of over three weeks of not having my mail delivered in my mailbox, despite seeing via my email (Informed Delivery) that mail was supposed to arrive each day. Also, the mailmen from this post office in the area constantly mixes up the addresses on the mail, giving us other peoples mail and vice versa. It’s quite serious and concerning especially when you have time-sensitive mail and sensitive documents you are expecting in the mail, that ultimately gets lost. The sad part is USPS is protected and immune from lawsuits, so generally speaking, essentially nothing would be done about this issue and it will keep occurring.

Last time this happened I sent the video and someone got fired. Guess ill have to do it again. People just dont want to work i guess. Thansk for the broken package. Ill be sure to save all my security footage and be sending it out. This place is gonna need to start hiring competent emplpyees Feb 2026: Well i took my 1 star down because another post master from else where was able to help us. Well now its back up. Our mail is never on time. They make a single trip for over a WEEKS worth of mail. And today I get a notice stating that they miss us for a deliver that apparently required a signature. What's funny is that we were home. HOME and they didnt bother trying to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Absolutely ridiculous staff this place has. I have ran business never once had an issue. They need to hire better people. Was also told by another post master that the person that took care of our area went "awol" qnd now they have been able to hire someone in 10 years. That is absolute BS. There are plenty of people willing to work, including myself, that would kill for a job in the area. I hate that we have to rely on USPS when they cant even rely on themselves. Wish we had other options for mail carries. I have been switching all my shipping and receiving that I can with UPS. Absolutely ridiculous
