- MPMilah PulliamJan 11, 20221.0Where do I start? Since I've moved in this area the mail service has been a complete disaster.. I've been using the Informed Delivery service for years. Each morning I get an email of everything that was scanned and should be arriving to my mailbox each day. But it NEVER arrives. Today it's been a week and still no mail but according to informed delivery there's 3-4 pieces of mail that should be arriving each day. Important and time sensitive information that no one at the post office can tell me where it went or why delivery has stopped over the last week. If I do get mail it's for someone else who live miles away in a different borough Don't even bother calling I spoke with a supervisor who was rude and could care less. I've submitted 3 service request and was told someone will contact me in 3 days. That never happened. The only thing I can do now is have all my mail forwarded to a friends address

- ASartezza simpsonMay 9, 20191.0Whomever they decided to have work my route today put my items int eh wrong mailbox or did not deliver it at all but says delivered. Why is there no direct line to any post office? This can easily be fixed by having the guy drive back up here and open the back to see where he put it in the wrong box instead of dealing with an automated message system for 45 mins. 1800 post office person was nice and helpful gave me the number to call the direct post office in my zip code. The guy however who answered was useless and said well when it comes back since it wasnt delievered there will be a note here for it. I replied sir youre not getting it, its in the wrong box right now, i was given the direct line so it can be resolved today as it is an easy fix. The area i live in someone is more likely to just KEEP it. Well i can file a complaint with our hire up person and when it comes back to us there will be a note with the correct address to have it delivered. IT ALREADY HAS THE RIGHT ADDRESS THEY PUT IT IN THE WRONG BOX CAUSE THEY DIDNT READ THE LABELS.
