- TDTara DJul 23, 20265.0Every time I go in here wich is frequently whoever is working is very nice and helpful. I don't know her name but the woman at the desk helped me so much with locating a lost package. She went above and beyond for me and it was eventually delivered after weeks of trying!
- ADAnthony DJul 8, 20263.0My biggest concern with this location is the level of customer service provided by many of the employees working the front counter. As a customer, I expect to be greeted with professionalism, a willingness to help, and at least a basic level of courtesy. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Too many interactions have felt as though helping customers is an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the job. The lack of enthusiasm, engagement, and initiative from some of the front counter staff is disappointing. Customer service should be about creating a positive experience, and that simply isn’t happening consistently at this location. I do want to recognize the manager, who was professional, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about providing good service. Likewise, most of the carriers I’ve encountered have been courteous and pleasant to deal with. They set the standard that the front counter staff should strive to meet. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because the employees at the front desk are often the first impression customers receive, and right now that impression leaves a lot to be desired.
