  I prepared a same-day print job on the Staples website and needed it the next day. Just before submitting the order, the website indicated the order wouldn't be available for 3 days, which would have been after the event. I called the store and the print shop staff member graciously offered to come in on her day off to complete the order the next morning. The results were perfect and on time. I wish I could remember the customer service reps name to give her credit. Thank you for going out of your way!

  I had a chance to use the marketing printing side of the Staples location. The printing material was wonderful when it was printed exactly what I wanted. The associate Jennifer had top-tier customer service when I was interacting with her. She was professional, polite, courteous, very timely, and she knew the ins and outs of the printing that this Staples offers. When I come back to Staples I will definitely be asking for Jennifer as she was a wonderful representative for the Staples company. I had a poster printed for a bridal shower and she was very knowledgeable on that products that would look best with my poster. So thank you Jennifer for the beautiful poster for the bridal shower I was hosting as the bride absolutely loved it and will remember it for years to come. As for a corporate company such as Staples, Jennifer is an excellent representation for your company.

  I was going to just give it a one-star review because of my experience concerning Amazon returns but I do like the store itself and all but one particular employee I did not get her name but I came in with an Amazon package a very quick return I had my phone open ready to be scanned would take less than 15 seconds but she told me Amazon wasn't open because she was the only employee there there was only one other customer and I was more than willing to wait for her to finish with that customer. She told me to come back in an hour but I had other things to do and live across town I came back the next morning at 10:30 and she told me that Amazon wouldn't be open until 11:00 because again she was the only employee there and again there was only one other customer.. so I went through the mall and came back and there was a young fellow there I took my package over he was absolutely wonderful but I asked him about it and he said no Amazon was never closed unfortunately for this particular package Amazon hadn't given me a choice but I won't use staples again for returning packages I will only use UPS I will still get office supplies but if I go in and I see this woman working I will not stay and buy anything

  Careful returning amazon items here. I walked in with two different returns at the same time. The lady at the one register was helping somebody else, but asked me if I had an Amazon return to which I replied yes. She asked a male employee (Joe) to help me with that. Joe was standing back beside another employee facing the wall, the other employee did not appear to be really dpong anything on that computer, but Joe was obviously watching him do whatever it was. Joe turned around and looked at me, then turned back around toward the computer and stretched and put his arms behind his head to stretch. The female employee then asked him again to help me, to which he completely ignored her. The guy at the computer turned around about 30 seconds later and asked another customer at the other side of the counter (this customer came to the counter after I did) what he needed. The female employee again asked Joe to help me, to which he replied "I have another customer.. " and pointed toward the other customer. He then walked away from me toward the other customer and spoke with him for about 10 seconds before finally coming back to me. I showed him one baroda and he scanned it, then the first item I handed him which was on that return. [Normally they would then take that item and put their own barcode on it and place it into a box, he didn't, he just left it sit there on the counter] then he scanned my 2nd barcode and the 2nd item and finally put barcodes on both items and placed them into a box. I told him I think he messed up which barcode goes to each return and his reply was just "ok" and that was it. Sure hope my returns make it back to amazon as expected.... and maybe Joe gets some more training or something 🙄
