  I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!

  Horrible service premises were down they didn’t offer any type of accommodations. Worst place ever.

  The older gentleman who works the front of this store today, Monday June 22nd at 9:00am, is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to work in customer service it is important to at least possess some friendly customer service skills. I didn’t even end up going through with my return here because of him.
