If you’re going to work in customer service it is important to at least possess some friendly customer service skills. I didn’t even end up going through with my return here because of him.

He was constantly rude to customers, blasting his music, impatient, condescending, & very sarcastic. Thank goodness Stephanie came in shortly after to assist, because he was a mn absolute nightmare. Management really needs to check in on this guy ( tall, blond hair, glasses). He seemed like he has a short fuse. And it was alarming.
