- TDTeresa Dickens5 days ago5.0I had the pleasure of going to the Downingtown post office on Saturday 9/25/26, I had a lot of packages to mail out (had gone to the Blue Bell location earlier in the week and was given so many excuses why they couldn’t wait on me), Mark waited on me and he was SO friendly, went through my pile of packages quickly and was so nice the whole way through. The other guy working (I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly with all of the people he waited on too. Such a nice experience!

- LBLarissa BazileJul 10, 20261.0I wish I could give this post office zero stars. I have been here several times, and unfortunately every visit has been a negative experience. The customer service is consistently unfriendly, and this most recent interaction was especially disappointing. I called because I needed to apply for a passport for my one-month-old baby. I explained that I had all of the paperwork completed, payment ready, and was hoping to come in as soon as they opened so I wouldn’t have to keep a newborn waiting unnecessarily. I was told they would not help me before the 11:00 a.m. walk-in hours. I politely asked whether, if there were no customers waiting, they could make an exception since I would be there with a one-month-old infant. The employee immediately refused without any willingness to help or offer an alternative. I understand that offices have policies, and I wasn’t asking anyone to break the rules if that wasn’t possible. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy and customer service. A little compassion or a willingness to see if there was any flexibility would have gone a long way. Based on my repeated experiences, this post office has consistently provided poor customer service, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are treated. Judging by the number of similar negative reviews, however, it appears nothing has changed. At this point, it seems this attitude toward customers may reflect the culture encouraged by management.
