Today, when I went to pickup my order, the sales associate handed me a pen to sign as acknowledgement that I picked up my order, not realizing the pen was leaking ink so as I went to pick up my documents-I smeared ink on one of my print-outs from ink on my hands. The associate looked at me and said nothing, no apology or offer to fix the damage. I actually had to ask him to use his clean hands to please put my print outs in the envelope provided because I didn't want to mess any more up. Again-no sorry, no thank you for your order, or have a good day. Terrible customer service! I think the only words spoken to me by him where "what's the name"
