- TTTati TatiMay 20, 20261.0My packages were not delivered after 4 phone calls, 3 requests through the Amazon. When I spoke last time, I was told that they will not do delivery more than half mile from mailbox. Can you imagine this? USPS is for serving residents, or to maintain convenience of lazy employees? Customer service was disgusting... Do not recommend this location. Very sad that this is the only one, and people not have alternatives...

- LCLisa CalogerMay 26, 20201.0Was supposed to hold my mail while on vacation. Never held it. Isnt that part of their job? Update: no mail delivery 2 days now. Is this allowed? Update again: Mail delivery is still only sporadic. Put outgoing mail in box today. Never picked up. Still there. Am I asking too much for daily mail delivery because its creating problems for me? My accountant in Milford mailed out W2's. My employee in NJ got his last week. I got mine yesterday. Terribly run facility.
- SSswivet99Mar 8, 20183.0While i like all the people there, sometimes the service is poor, clerks dont pay attention to paperwork and forms, when it's busy and there's a line out the door, your looking at almost 45 mins to get out of there..Not very helpful when things get lost...Closing their doors when people are at the counter is BS!...usps is just lame all around
