Spent $50.00 to ensure it would get there on time. It was 3 days late. His response was what do you want me to do about it.. I will not be returning to this branch.

I have relied on the post office for years, and the staff there has truly lived up to the tradition of the US Postal Service (and Department of the Post Office prior to 1971). I can't tell you the number of times that that counter staff was patient, helpful, and reassuring. Staff has changed, and yet, this high standard has continued to this day. Delivering a service to the rest of the People in such a dedicated way, and with a human touch. Please keep at it.
