They charged the customer a $4.11 fee for a plain white envelope because they claimed it was too thick for the envelope requirements. Customer took pictures for me showing that the envelope goes through the designated slot and that there's nothing wrong with it. It weighs a lot less than 3 Oz's and meets the requirements for PWE normal shipping. Naturally, I refunded the customer $4.11 off his order from me so that he could pick up his order from this store. Complaints have already been filed towards this store from the customer and myself. I have never seen a post office do this before, but from looking at all the other reviews, it's not surprising. Now I'm just waiting for a call back from the USPS Refund Services to get my refund.
