He was beyond rude to me when I was simply calling to inquire about a package that was somehow “handed to the recipient”; even though I'm on vacation in florida? I called requesting the carriers name so i could make a report in order to get my money back. The second I had asked, he the became extremely rude for no reason whatsoever saying theres not much he can do. So he wont tell me who the packages were given to, wont tell me the carriers name, and is raising his voice on a recorded line? Doesn’t sound like professional behavior to me…. Stay clear from this post office; specifically Gary.
