This was her first experience doing this independently. She had an issue finding a QR code. She stepped to the other side of the post office to try to find it. Peggy very loudly berated her for "getting on her nerves at the end of the day" and testing her patience. Mind you there was NO ONE else in the post office. No line of customers. She is an angry bitter old woman who has no business working in public service.
