  This store gave me great service. I needed something for a presentation printed fast. Heidi went out of her way to work me in. She saved the weekend for me!! I highly recommend this store. service like this is hard to find.

  If I could give this scamming location negative stars I would. Brought it my own packaged items was told it would be $104. A kind employee suggested making two smaller packages, gave me a price totaling $76, I agreed, they then proceeded to add on 4 undisclosed fees and charge me $114....when it was their idea in the first place to change my packaging to make it cheaper for me. When I questioned it, the other woman employee got extremely ignorant with me. It's my fault for even giving them that money, but after 30 minutes of frustration I gave in, but the experience was the worst.

  I had to print some documents from my flash drive. Called ahead to make sure they had self service. Was told yes could print from flash drive. Walked in, 2 workers there. I said I had a flash drive. Was pointed to a huge machine with no place to plug.in a flash drive. Walked around both machines, tried different screen options..Workers watched me without offering help. I walked out.
