- CWConlan WalshJun 18, 20161.0Very poor customer service. A package was to be delivered and signed for. The driver "attempted" to deliver but left a door tag instead. I guess walking by the two cars in the driveway wasn't enough of a clue that we were home awaiting a time sensitive package we needed that day. I called about the tag immediately, requesting for a re-attempt, the "best" they could do was a meet up about a half-hour away. No thank you. And because this was to be delivered on a Saturday, the next day for delivery is Monday, two more days later. Our time sensitive package with 2 day delivery turned into 4 days. The worst part of all of this is trying to talk to the FedEx employees, including the manager, explaining the situation, and they offer no help or apology for errors on their end. One would think if there is a high priority on a package to be delivered quickly, and signed for, then it might be important. And maybe they should try a little more to make sure that package is delivered. I guess not for this FedEx.
