  Blonde women is very rude and nasty. They need to hire staff that is kind to people. I’ve been going here for awhile and everytime I go in the interaction with the women at the front desk is very poor. She is rude and passive aggressive as soon as you enter. I’ve been in here a handful of times and typically will drive to a different post office just to avoid her. She is rude without fail every single time I’ve been here. ( I’ve been going here for probably the last 5 years )

  Very very very rude for no reason at all, as soon as I walked in the lady was annoyed with me and insisted that I was at the wrong post office even tho I live in cornwall down the road she insisted I need to go to the Lebanon one when I have never needed to go there for anything because I don’t live in Lebanon. Needless to say I was pretty stunned at the automatic disrespect and I don’t have the time or energy to deal with nasty people like her so I just walked away and later got a refund on my package since she didn’t even want to try to do her job since she was as too busy standing there doing nothing. Crazy people like her still have a job with endless similar experiences with the same person, definitely will never be back🙂

  The lady at the desk treated me like I was stupid and was rolling her eyes at me. I mail packages in my home town no problem! She gave me nothing but attitude since I walked in. I recommend you drive a little further and go to another post office

  I've always had great experiences at this location! They are friendly & helpful. I love that there's a free parking lot, unlike the Lebanon location with only metered street parking. I also understand why this branch closes for lunch everyday. It's smaller, and there are never more than two working the front desk. Only one somedays. I went on a Friday one time & a young woman was working there all by herself. It was so busy, yet she was patient & kind. She apologized for the delay and said she had come from another location just to work there for that day.

  Had 3 large packages I needed to quickly weigh, size, and price. Came in at 4pm and was out by 4:20pm. It was not busy during this time. The woman at the counter acted as though I was a nuisance when I asked for her help and also sighed and huffed and puffed. The boxes were somewhat on the heavy side and she told me they had absolutely no wheeling cart to bring them in and that I had to carry them in individually with no help or assistance offered from her. I managed to carry all the large boxes in and as I asked her to write the information down for me, instead of using paper, she carelessly wrote the information all over my boxes. At the end, she told me that if I owned a scale I could do all of this at home,(right now I do not), but now because of this experience, I would rather go out and buy one rather than to go back and be treated like I was a second time. If you don't like your job or the customers who are coming in for the utilities and services your company offers, instead of being an unpleasant worker, go find something that you are passionate about so that those customers don't feel insulted and have the need to write a bad review about you and your lack of assistance. As an eBay seller, they are not cordial or obliging.
