- AHAshley HudsonMar 27, 20261.0The lady at the counter asked me which high school I attended and then proceeded to insult me by telling me that the high school I attended isn’t good which is why I didn’t format my addresses properly on the mail. I even tried to joke about it to release tension and not get in a fight by saying “yeah I guess my generation doesn’t mail often which is why I did it wrong sorry haha” then she proceeded to say “this is not a joking matter.” Sorry I’m not familiar with that in life. That’s why I came to you guys for help…but now I know one thing. I’m not coming back here again
- DHDouglas HlatkyMar 17, 20261.0I’ve taken multiple packages to this location for my business and they come up missing 3 in the last month The lady working also refuses to type in the tracking numbers and she made the box outside so small you can’t put anything in it. This is literally the worst post office because of the old lady working here no other reason. Every other post office takes my packages every time without issue
- BCBecki ConawayMar 13, 20241.0I don't have a problem with the post office itself. It's mail carriers. Apparently they can't read or are too lazy to do their job. I had a package that was priority shipping. Showed it was on its way. Then all of a sudden it says they couldn't deliver because of incorrect address. I literally say them delivering 2 addresses down from me. They didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Now it's being sent back to sender so I have to wait again for something that was priority shipped.Plus we get all kinds of others mail. Other people get our mail. I know the house we live in has been turned into apartments, but it has 3 mailboxes on the building. Common sense could be used. For as much money they make they should be able to do their job right. And calling the post office is also just as bad because they don't care either. Gave me the run around about the whole situation. Unreal!
