- JJJose Lozano Javier3 days ago1.0I do not recommend this place, especially the one that serves it, it seems that it has the least pause, it does not know how to control its emotions, it is very rude, it does not know how to tend to customers from 1 to 10. 0 that email should not exist, I hope that this comment is seen by the supervisor and I look for people with better attention and not people who have a problem in their home or marriage or are single and take it out on the clients, so the place will not go more and dollars less for you. I brought in a properly packaged shipment containing a delicate, high-value card, and the employee at the counter — who claimed to be a trainer — refused to send it because she apparently couldn’t understand why someone would use a bubble mailer instead of a regular paper envelope. Here’s a quick lesson in shipping collectibles since she says she trains people: low-value cards may go in plain envelopes, but valuable or fragile cards are commonly shipped in bubble mailers with extra protection to prevent bending or damage during transit. That’s standard practice for collectors and sellers everywhere. My label was already paid for, printed, and attached. The package was secure and ready to go. Instead of doing her job, she argued with me over packaging that was clearly being used to PROTECT the item. I’ve never dealt with this level of unnecessary hassle, poor customer service, and lack of common sense. Complete waste of time.

Not only are you getting a recording, that does not understand your comments, you have long waiting time to speak to someone, which never happened after 10 min wait. Unacceptable!
