I received a call in the morning saying “no one will be here after 1:30pm to do it can you come early”. I said okay i understand can i call you back and let you know. The clerk said yes that’s fine. I call back not even two minutes later to let her know that I could get off work early and if I could come around 1pm. She stated “yes, someone that is able to do that will be here until 1:30pm just walk in”. So, I got off early rushed there got there at 1:02pm to be told “we can’t do that today the lady left for the day.” Absolute horrible service, the guy working knew nothing at all will not be going back. If I could give a negative review I would they don’t even deserve the one star. Management do better with your employees.
- JMJustina MillerJul 27, 20261.0I'd give zero stars if I could due to the laziness and incompetence of the drivers. If a package does not fit in the mailbox, they will not deliver it. Who cares if their open hours are during normal business hours and people don't have time to go to the post office. They stated issues with delivery 6/22/26 because the driver couldnt be bothered to walk a few feet to the porch and then today 6/27/26 they stated that they couldn't deliver my package again at 3:13am. They do not deliver that early. The absolute incompetence is astounding. Then if you try to call, the automated system will not get you to a person. This is the worst mail service I have ever received and its happened more than once. If you don't want to deliver packages, than why is it an option?
