- SSSJun 20, 20261.0Started out by walking in, being looked at by the service clerk at the desk with no hello. Gave him (Clerk #12 as per my receipt), I had to greet him and got a very dull “hi” back. When going to pay, the customer survey came up and before I even had the chance to hit anything, he pulls the pinpad towards him to hit the green smiley face to give himself a good review. This seems to be common practice at this post office as this is not the first time I’ve had this here with him or another clerk. Wanted to have my receipt emailed to me but he then hit the button to print it before I even had the chance to touch it again. Just very off putting and makes me not want to come back. Y’all wouldn’t have to pull the screen towards you to hit the green smiley face if you know you’re providing quality service. Do better.

I was given no chance to put my actual review. Clerk 12 was wearing a hat, black glasses, and has tattoos all over his arms. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and borderline corrupt. I will not be sending out anymore mail from this post office.
