- SSSJun 20, 20261.0Started out by walking in, being looked at by the service clerk at the desk with no hello. Gave him (Clerk #12 as per my receipt), I had to greet him and got a very dull “hi” back. When going to pay, the customer survey came up and before I even had the chance to hit anything, he pulls the pinpad towards him to hit the green smiley face to give himself a good review. This seems to be common practice at this post office as this is not the first time I’ve had this here with him or another clerk. Wanted to have my receipt emailed to me but he then hit the button to print it before I even had the chance to touch it again. Just very off putting and makes me not want to come back. Y’all wouldn’t have to pull the screen towards you to hit the green smiley face if you know you’re providing quality service. Do better.
- AAAtomHJun 20, 20261.0I was shipping an item out at the Colmar post office and once the review prompt came up on the screen and Clerk 12, who was ringing me up, reached over the counter and selected the green smiley face for himself. I was given no chance to put my actual review. Clerk 12 was wearing a hat, black glasses, and has tattoos all over his arms. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and borderline corrupt. I will not be sending out anymore mail from this post office.

But today, one of the largest shipping and mailing days before Christmas, and during everyone's lunch hour, there was exactly one person working, 7 people in line, and the young man at the counter had 8-10 packages to weigh and put postage on. I had to leave because I had limited time on my lunch break. Why wasn't there someone else to help, especially when the crowds arrive at lunch and everyone has extra needs at this time? Not very smart on the part of the USPS which wants to better its image.
