- DPDead Pool1 day ago1.0Every time I come to this post office it’s only one clerk doing busy hours after 3. The line is always long and it’s dirty in the P.O. Box lobby and retail lobby. The lobby is never fully stocked with the supplies I need to ship off. I’ll just take my bust to UPS or FedEx up the street
- JJJosephJun 30, 20261.0I placed my mail on hold for 2 weeks but when the hold ended, the accumulated mail was never delivered. The whole purpose of the mail hold service is to ensure your mail is safely kept and then delivered once I return. I had to follow up multiple times and opened cases to find out what happened, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The office said they delivered it, but I never received my mails so I lost all my mails for that entire two weeks hold. I have important medical mails that was lost. They told me to just call the medical facility to resend. But now my personal information are compromised because this post office delivered my mails somewhere else. Looking at the reviews, it seems pretty common for mails to get lost or mishandled by the delivery. That should be investigated.
