  This store is completely unable to render an accurate shipping estimate on framed art items. I have been there four times over a period of 8 months or so to get estimates to ship framed art that I'm selling on Facebook Marketplace. First of all, it's annoying that it's not possible to get an online estimate by entering dimensions and weight, and destination address. Surely their system could be programmed to know what size box and what packing is needed, and what the shipping cost is, based on that information. Instead, you have to go there, get the estimate, message the buyer, who usually isn't available right then, so you end up going home with the piece; get paid, go back, and find out the estimate is DIFFERENT!! Not by a dollar or two. Three times I went back and it was $10 higher. Then I have to go back to my buyer for more money. Today it was $20 lower, so I will be issuing a refund. Why is this so difficult?? I am a senior citizen, and I also work full-time at the same time we are downsizing massively, and I don't have time or desire or energy to be doing all this back and forth and dealing with ineptitude. And people wonder why I don't include shipping as an option on my listings. And in addition, they are generally not pleasant or polite when you ask questions about why there is a difference, or really, not very pleasant or polite in general.

  By far THE WORST UPS customer service I have ever received. I went to this UPS location to drop off a package using the “Happy Returns” method. I have done this before and the customer associate is supposed to scan each item individually for the return. I had 5 items that were supposed to be under one QR code, while 1 item had a separate QR code which I clearly explained to the customer associate. He did not appear to care or want to do his job as he did not bother to scan each item and simply told me “I’ll take all 6.” I asked him once more if he was sure because I had a separate QR code for one of the items and he told me that it was all under one return. Of course, when I got home and checked my returns, I realized that only 5 of the 6 items had been processed. I called the UPS location again to try to resolve the issue but rather than helping fix the problem, he repeatedly told me, “There is nothing I can do. You need to call the store to fix it.” Overall, this was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had at UPS. The employee was dismissive, did not follow the proper return process, and then provided no help when the mistake resulted in an incomplete return.

  When is somebody going to do something about this UPS branch? The staff that works there have no idea what’s going on, literally one of them is friendly and he’s never there, they don’t open on time, and quite honestly every single UPS store around is run better than this one. Unfortunately, it’s in a great location so people like me continue to try to go there. I really hope somebody addresses this franchisee, because they flat out don’t know how to operate a business.
