  I want to take a moment to recognize Mohamed at FedEx for providing truly outstanding customer service. My experience last night could have easily ended with us being turned away, especially since we arrived after closing with an oversized package that was outside the normal shipping limits. Instead, Mohamed went above and beyond to help us find a solution. Even though it was after closing, Mohamed took the time to work with us and help repackage our shipment so that it would fall within FedEx’s shipping size limits. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us rather than simply telling us that the package was too large and sending us on our way. What impressed me most was his willingness to take ownership of the situation. He could have easily said that it was too late or that the package could not be accepted because of its size, but instead he took the extra time and effort to figure out what could be done. His attitude, professionalism, and dedication to helping a customer were exceptional. Employees like Mohamed are a tremendous asset to FedEx. Customer service like this makes a lasting impression and is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a business needing assistance. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort he put into helping us get our shipment taken care of, especially after closing. Mohamed deserves recognition for going above and beyond. He turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one, and I am extremely grateful for his help. Thank you, Mohamed, for your exceptional service and for taking the extra step to help us when you didn’t have to. You are a true example of outstanding customer service!

  The guy who did the shipping for me for a return was hilarious . Came in with a return label printed that was unnecessarily large and the guy told me next time make it bigger lmao 😂 I got a good laugh out of it . Super friendly .

  I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews, but Mohamed absolutely deserves one. From the second I walked into FedEx, Mohamed provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He didn’t just do the minimum to get me out the door. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, answered my questions, and genuinely made me feel like helping me mattered. Employees like Mohamed are the reason customers come back to a business. You can teach someone how to do a job, but you can’t teach the kind of attitude, personality, and genuine care he showed. FedEx management, if you’re reading this: recognize this man. Mohamed is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company. Give him Employee of the Month, a raise, a bonus, or all three. 11/10 experience. Mohamed, thank you for being awesome!

  Very clean inside. Everything is labeled. Staff is polite and courteous. Dropped of some packages a few times and picked up online print orders. Thank you for making my visits so easy!
