- KPkhushi patelSep 18, 20265.0Went there for the printing services. I had ordered online and was a quick pick up. I did have other questions and the team member was very helpful. Also the parking lot is nice
- JKJack KellySep 15, 20261.0Ordered business cards through the website for pickup. About an hour after calling I got a call from Rob saying that the formatting was incorrect and that he would cancel my order and I should resubmit. I appreciated him taking the time to help out. That was yesterday, today I get an email saying my order was ready. Called and said it was cancelled and they said I resubmitted it. I did not do this, the only order on my account was from yesterday. Now I am stuck with 250 subpar business cards without the edits that Rob recommend I make. I would appreciated help with this instead of some AI generated “we are sorry and we will investigate” response.

- SWSara WolkovAug 31, 20265.0I went here on Sunday morning to do a Happy Return and buy a couple things. The Happy Return process was quick and easy, and then I started looking for the things I wanted to buy. After wandering for what felt like less than a minute, an employee asked if she could help and directed me to where the item was. The item was in a locked case so she said she'd come back and check on me in a couple minutes (I wanted to browse a bit first). Before she had a chance to come back another employee noticed me intently scrutinizing the display case and unlocked it so I could read the packaging and see if it had the features I wanted. Normally shopping at stores with locked display cases is an exercise in frustration, but there were enough helpful employees on the floor to make it go smoothly.
