- CNC NJun 8, 20261.0First and foremost, the information provided was dangerously inaccurate. When I mentioned I was shipping to a P.O. Box, Ted asked signature delivery — and when I questioned whether a mailbox can even accept signature delivery, he confirmed it does. That is factually incorrect and the kind of misinformation that can result in lost or undeliverable packages. Customers rely on USPS staff for accurate guidance, and confidently wrong answers are worse than no answer at all. Beyond the knowledge gaps, Ted's demeanor was consistently rude across all three visits — no greeting, dismissive responses, and zero patience for legitimate questions. I've flagged this directly with management. If you're shipping anything time-sensitive or requiring specific delivery options, I'd strongly recommend verifying any information given here independently.

I went to the side to fill out the header on the package and white lady comes in and his attitude change with her, he was respectful and nice to her. And when I went back up his attitude was the same and just was rude. I am a native American and have brown skin... Don't know if that had something to do with it.
