I rented an iPostal1 mailbox there which is a monthly subscription. It was automatically renewed on July 28 which means service should have gone until August 28. I cancelled the mailbox on August 2nd so the service still goes until August 28 which means Staples should be accepting packages until August 28. My Amazon package was listed as being delivered on August 12. I stopped by today (August 16) and Staples stated that it was refused because the mailbox was canceled. Yes it was canceled on Aug 2, BUT the service goes until August 28. My package is now in limbo. Thank you Staples for messing this up!!!! When do I get my money back???

I would highly recommend the print department. They printed menus for me and everything came out exactly how I wanted. Service was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Shout out to the staff working 08/04 and 08/05.

They have filled the store with dump tables. Bad look and brings the place down. Not a fan of this. The rest of the store was nice.
