He did not wait for the line to pile up he helped multiple people at once and was quick on his feet. Truly impressed by the service and kindness received at this location.

I need a first time passport for my baby the process was so smooth and fast in 15min It was done also the young man at the office was so helpful he responded all my questions and the greatest thing It was a walking visit. I highly recommend this place I’ll be back for my teenager passport renewal next weekend too hopefully I had the same experience.

I have been to two post offices, Allentown post office and Whitehall post office and they both get zero stars from me because of the lack of management and their customer service. They don’t even try to be nice to explain their lack of services, just a rude “I cannot do it!”. Thank you again Alex!
