- EDEmad DinnSep 15, 20261.0The lady at the desk needs to be a little more polite and professional. There is no reason to be rude when someone is simply asking for information about a package. Asking a question about a package does not mean we are bothering her or asking for a favor. We are asking for customer service, which is part of the job she is being paid to do. A simple question should be answered respectfully and professionally. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or disrespected for asking for help. Good customer service means being patient, helpful, and courteous, even when the workplace is busy. If she feels that she cannot handle that position or provide basic customer service, then maybe that role is not the right fit for her. There are many people who would be happy to do that job and who understand how to treat customers with respect and professionalism.

Now I’m another 1-2 weeks out until I can reschedule (which I will do elsewhere) and I’m already on a time crunch.
