- PJPhil JohnsMay 12, 20263.0The staff are usually friendly here. But the pricing for supplies is nothing short of gouging. I was shocked by their $14 price tag for a small shipping box. I needed a few pieces of packing tape for the box and label, but they required me to buy a roll for $8, which is almost double the usual retail price. Why would they sell their supplies at unreasonable prices to their customers?

He was helping, supposedly, but he extended the paper at face level directly into my face, personal space, over and over! It was infuriating. Back up. It seemed like disrespect. Maybe something was lost culturally. The fax total was $31. I should have just mailed it. Ug.

She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend her for packing services.

Any other ups store usually will take the product and tape it or whatever else they need to, to ship it back. These people are the cheapest people on face of the planet they actually had me buy a box and tape. And they won’t care about reading their reviews either bc many are complaining about the same thing.
