I needed a few pieces of packing tape for the box and label, but they required me to buy a roll for $8, which is almost double the usual retail price. Why would they sell their supplies at unreasonable prices to their customers?

He was helping, supposedly, but he extended the paper at face level directly into my face, personal space, over and over! It was infuriating. Back up. It seemed like disrespect. Maybe something was lost culturally. The fax total was $31. I should have just mailed it. Ug.
