- JNJames NicholsonSep 21, 20201.0As a retired EAS 22 Postal Manager, I am shocked at the way the packages are delayed, mail is delivered past 5PM and the attitude of the person in charge at the Canadensis Postal Facility. Heads need to roll and Supervisory staff need to be held accountable. This is NOT an issue with the mail carrier, she is very reliable and a warm and friendly person. The issue is poor management Telling customers that you cant find their packages just dont cut it. Do the job or find someone more qualified to fill it.
