  My package was delivered to the wrong address. After attempting for multiple days to call the post office, i had to leave work early to go in because no one answers the phone. I provided all my information to Marques for follow up and was told i would get a call that day or the following. I did not get a call. I attempted to call again to no avail. Again, I had to leave work to stop in. Marques greeted me again and I reminded him of the situation. He said he wasnt sure why no one followed up but his boss was there. The supervisor, Corey Butts, came out and tried to explain that my package was delivered to my address. When I asked for proof, he brought out a print out of the tracking info (that I already had). When I asked for proof that the package was delivered to the correct address, he pulled out a Google maps print out with a building circled on it and asked condescendingly "does this building look familiar?" It did not, because it was not my address. When I brought this to his attention he went back in his office and rechecked the system. At that point he realized my package was not delivered to the correct address. He came back out and unapologetically said they made a mistake and I'd need to reach out to the person the package was from to see if they would be able to refund me or resend the package. When I questioned how it was the senders responsibility, I was told thats just what I had to do bc they couldn't do anything else. Luckily my mailman that normally delivers my mail overheard the entire conversation. He stepped in an offered to attempt to recover the package from the wrong address. I asked for Corey to follow up with me the next day. Unsuprisingly, I did not get a call or my package. I left work early AGAIN to follow up. Corey came out and explained they attempted to recover my package but there was one tenant they still needed to check with. When I questioned why I did not get w phone call, I was met with more excuses. I still have not gotten any follow up or my package. Not only am I out the $100 package I ordered but I continue to lose money everytime I have to miss time at work to go follow up.

  Best post office I have ever used. She is a one woman show and knows her stuff. She takes a one hour lunch so just don't go then. Lions Den below has no idea what he's talking about. She takes an hour. MAYBE give or take a minute or two. She's fast and super friendly. If I could give more stars I would.

  Love this post lady! She is amazing! I go out of my way, past my post office (ugh) just to get the best customer service and cute smile every time! Thank you!!!

  Top-notch service!!! Kathy is the most helpful and informed postal employee. I Mail packages daily and this is my post office of choice. For a tiny little office it has the biggest impact!!
