Anyway she was extremely rude to me today when I had a miscommunication with their manager yesterday over picking up a package for a family member. She then continued to make snide comments about the manager saying he doesn’t know what he’s talking about while walking away to see if the package arrived at their facility. Not sure what I did to make this lady treat me like trash. Told her thank you and that I appreciated her help. Seems like this isn’t the first time as I read other reviews about her too, misery loves company, customer service is not for her Mr Post Office!!
