  XPO delivered and installed our new LG OTR Microwave from Sams Club. It took a couple weeks because on the first scheduled delivery date they didn’t show up and didn’t call. When it was rescheduled they again didn’t call and when the 1:30-5:30pm delivery window passed, I reached out through XPO text chat. They contacted the installer who was running behind and they were able to show up and install the microwave quickly.
