- BHBeth HarrisonJun 6, 20261.0I am extremely upset. I mailed a large envelope to this post office from the south hills. I paid for it to be delivered by wednesday and it is now saturday. The recipient has told me that you have Employees stealing packages or opening them and stealing items out before the delivery. That is just evil. He has had things delivered that were ripped open and things stolen. In addition , this is not the only time that you have lost a package. You should be mortified by all of the horrible reviews. What happened to customer service? You might need to train your employees in customer service 101. Employees that steel packages should be reprimanded.
- KYKeith YoungMar 2, 20261.0I love when it says “ Delivered, Parcel Locker” And the box is literally small like set it on the damn ground like you guys always do but ofc the box I absolutely need for today isn’t delivered and I never did this before so I looked it up and they say there’s supposed to be a key for the box that was left in my mailbox alone and behold there’s nothing in there. So that’s great thank you guys for this I really appreciate it man I love not being told anything and not even having the key for the package I really need to finish my project, wow great thank you guys! UPDATE they sent it back for no reason😁 never gave me a reason why they just did it because they’re such great people when I needed it! Wow that’s great! people that don’t even know what there doing! Good job guys keep up the bad work!👍😁

- DDDylan DouthettNov 1, 20221.0Terrible mail carrier service, just recently complained about a package being miss delivered or lost. Knowing the post office it's probably miss delivered, and now lost. So, I had to go though this process of submitting a complaint and waiting to get a call back. My call back was the definition of poor service. So first off I would think that someone who is answering phones of a business would introduce the business and give name and title. Attempted to voice complaints about the package and getting someone else's mail for the last two years. Basically got 30 seconds of I don't care and we'll look for your package, I didn't appreciate the rudeness Celeste.
