- ESEvan StrittmatterAug 11, 20261.0If you are looking for the pinnacle of rude mail carriers, may I suggest seeking out Angela from the Butler Post Office. USPS spends millions a year advertising how they want to partner with small businesses and yet Angela complains every time we schedule a pick-up. She is consistently rude to my entire team and absolutely refuses to work with us on our shipping needs. If USPS is ever wondering why we switched more than 150 shipments a month to UPS, look no further than Angela.

I was supposed to get a package yesterday but usps said my place was vacant and I work in a hospital so the hours they’re open I am at work. Mind you my package is scrubs for work. I am so mad.
- BHBeth HarrisonJun 6, 20261.0I am extremely upset. I mailed a large envelope to this post office from the south hills. I paid for it to be delivered by wednesday and it is now saturday. The recipient has told me that you have Employees stealing packages or opening them and stealing items out before the delivery. That is just evil. He has had things delivered that were ripped open and things stolen. In addition , this is not the only time that you have lost a package. You should be mortified by all of the horrible reviews. What happened to customer service? You might need to train your employees in customer service 101. Employees that steel packages should be reprimanded.
- SHSean HessMar 31, 20181.0There delivery service So sick of paying obscene amounts of money for expedited next day shipping to find out my package is coming though usps, just to wait for the driver to wave at me while passing then get a notice of how they missed me or was unable to deliver. They should have to pay back expedited shipping costs for drivers that are too lazy to get out of thier vehicles. Called and complained once, on my next package the driver actually left my package on the road in the rain. I would actually (and have) pay more to have something shipped through an alternative carrier, if I had an option to choose a delivery method with online purchases. I would lose my job if I ever did stuff like that
