- WMWayne MillerAug 19, 20264.0They are a good place to find certain office supplies print cartridges even shipping or printing of things however they are very expensive use it as your last resort for different things you can do Amazon drop off here but they will not give you a receipt for dropping off an item therefore if Staples loses it then you can still get charged for an Amazon return that you know you already took to Staples and dropped off

As someone who travels across the nation coaching management on how to achieve phenomenal customer service, the interaction I was graced with today made me feel like I was working with one of my own colleagues... What I initially noticed was this ONE individual consistently greeting customers with a smile, accurately scanning in AMAZON packages for returns, warmly answering the phone, politely asking each customer to hold, and quickly ringing customers out at the register (with 5 people ahead of me, Ethan assisted me within 3 minutes)... I couldn't believe what I was seeing in 2026...it was like he was AI, not missing a beat and executing every transaction flawlessly. This young man hit all the customer service boxes. He used customer's names, communicated with EACH customer, showing he values their business, shared the promotional sale of the day and verified accounts so we wouldn't miss out...it was like I was watching a training video... Thank You Ethan! Because of you, I still believe customer service isn't a waste of time to teach!
