- EKEmma KatzMar 4, 20261.0Do you have a phone number that you answer? I have been calling everyday for three weeks to speak with someone there to see if my mailbox has been unlocked. I drove to PA from upstate NY (6 hour round trip) and was told someone was going to call me within a couple of days to let me know when to pick up the new mailbox key. No phone call, and no answer when I called MULTIPLE times and no answering service. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE OR CHANGE YOUR NUMBER TO A PHONE NUMBER YOU WILL ANSWER.

He is constantly losing mail or not sure if he knows how to read but you're lucky if you get your actual mail in your mailbox and not in somebody else's. As of right now I have been waiting for a piece of mail that was mailed a week ago and still nothing. This has to be the worst post office ever.
