  The customer service here is unmatched! These guys are so attentive and fast at their job, despite having multiple customers in the store. I believe the one guy’s name was rich, and the other guy had glasses. Awesome people

  I wish I could remember the young lady who waited on me. It was around 7:15 PM. She was extremely joyful. She was like a breath of fresh air. Her smile and energy invited me to want to shop more. On the other hand, her manager was barking out orders like she was a slave. She was the only one working the register and the copy center. He had her doing 5 things at once and then asked if the task were done. She was only one person. The manager was not nice. His personality was blaaaahhhh! It was a contrast to the young lady who was working on both the register and the copy center. I would give the young lady 100 stars out of 100. I would give the manager -100 stars and ask that he grow a personality.

  Twilight zone. Took a total of 15 minutes to get Skullcandy earbuds. Only two guys working: already a big red flag. The one who was at the register rung one person up then went to the print area and answering phones. So afta about 3 minutes of just standing there he asks can he help me, then says he’ll be right with me. I stand in the electronics aisle for 10 minutes before returning to the print area. Just so I can ask the print area attendant can HE come to electronics and the first guy can say “Oh I’m sorry I wanted to come over but I’ve been on and off with this customer for an hour” like I gaf. Finally got the earbuds to be takin off the stop lock and paid for it. Painful; will just get earbuds through delivery even if it’s no picnic. Gotta pick ya battles in life.

  Always a wonderful experience when I visit here. I saw that they're starting to sell mylar balloons here along with Gatorade and other items. I think I'll be visiting a whole lot more

  As a general place to shop for office supplies, this is what you would expect from a big box retailer: they have good stocks of a wide variety of products. It's where I do most of my office supply shopping. I have also used their print service, and THAT I would rate as 5-stars: they always meet or exceed my expectations.
