My package was return to sender. it got lost on the way back and they told me to wait about 3-4 weeks. i did and it never showed. they told me i have to do a claim online and now i am over the time to do a claim because they told me to wait. so now im out 200 bucks.
- MFMichael FendyaMay 26, 20261.0Refuses to deliver packages due to a ridiculous rule the delivery drivers are prohibited from driving in reverse & no turn around on our no outlet road, however, I have photos of their vehicle delivering packages to the neighbor across the street from me! I confronted the post master with the photos; he claims there's nothing he can do about the issue. Next step is to file a formal complaint in Pittsburgh.....

Showed up with ID in December employee filled out paperwork and found out months later the paperwork was never processed and was blamed on a management change. What a crock! Find another post office to do your business because the employees don't do their jobs.
