- MSmorgan sJul 8, 20221.0Was told by the clerk (not in a polite manner) that he needed to check my prepaid package to ensure the weight was correct or "it would get sent right back to me." As a reseller, I ensure the weight of my package is always accurate. He also expressed annoyance that I dropped off the package at the end of the counter and said I couldnt do that because he needed to scan it in. Whats the point of prepaying if I have to stand in line and wait for you to scan it? Ive dropped packages off at the same spot at the counter for weeks, and nothings been said, but I guess apparently TODAY the procedure changes? And then his sassy little remark at the end about how nothing has changed and these are "THE RULES" lol ok.
