Not a happy customer. I called the local office and they said if I didn't have any mail to be delivered he didn't have to pick up my outgoing mail. Never heard of this before. I live in Bradford Pa.

My package made it to the Bradford post office 4 times in a week and keeps getting shipped back out to Jamestown NY Rochester NY Buffalo NY back to Rochester NY and it's just RIDICULOUS. They need to hire someone that can READ!!!

There has been poor quality counter associates in the past, so much so that people would drive 15-20 minutes out of their way just to avoid them, but this crew is excellent!
