Yesterday a substitute driver came up the road; turned around in my driveway and drove away. Nobody past my house (including me) had our mail delivered. Did not get a delivery today. Tried to call the post office at 3:30 and NO ANSWER. This is not the first time I have called with NO ANSWER.
