  This is one of the only places that you can go to from where I live in 19128 to mail stuff after hours. It's always open and it's a nice location to take a super early morning bike ride to use the self-service kiosk that is only broken 50% of the time. You have to just take your chances!

  Went there for finger print 1:20 pm. One lady working on the counter told me they don’t do finger print after 1:30 pm. Explained the situation, Lansdale office sent me here because their machine broke. The lady said I have to wait until 2:30 for someone comes back after lunch break. Waking 40 min, she was still by herself and didn’t even look at me. With checking their review, they don’t seem care about passport, finger print service whatsoever. Such a disappointing. I went to the fort Washington office and got it done in 5 min. Bluebell office, please check fort Washington office reviews! See why they got 5 stars and you have 1.

  Why keep the kiosk open if the drop off box is locked? I scanned my pre paid package and when i got my reciept and went to put it in the box it was locked. Ridiculous.

  Service not available at posted hours. Both their website AND 2 different USPS customer service agents confirmed they should be open for missed delivery pickup at 7am - got there, doors locked lights off, no one answering to any door knocking or anything. Kiosk not helpful. Customer service rep unable to do anything except file a report with the location. Wasted 90min of my time.

  This is the worst post office don’t go here. The staff here is so rude the passport woman is the most unprofessional aggressive person. We had an appointment we got there early and they said our appointment was canceled even though we got no notice of it being cancelled then this woman crystal comes in. She’s aggressive with a terrible attitude and yelling at us for no reason and then would not help us. We had to leave without getting our passport, even though we had an appointment. I’m not sure who she thinks she is very very bad experience never going there again they should be ashamed of themselves letting their employees speak to patrons this way and the postmaster was on site and witnessed all of this and did nothing.
