  DO NOT COME HERE! The customer service is horrible. The employee “James” refused to scan packages, despite me coming in 20 minutes before they closed. He continuously stopped to take other customers when I had arrived well before them and then told me I had to leave after he had only scanned half. He purposely wasted time so that he wouldn’t have to scan the rest of our packages. He is extremely lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. Go to any other location. AVOID this one at all costs.

  I live in the area and have always used this UPS. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Luke was so kind as to help get my larger packages out of my car! I highly recommend this particular UPS store!

  So I go to send a package back to Amazon. I let the “kid” know I needed a label printed. He said it would be $5.25. For a single page print. I asked why that much. No answer. I asked again. With all the attitude of some bothered and entitled little punk he said “because”. That was his way to deal with customer service. And the funny thing is he didn’t know how to give me a tracking number. Another young and borderline bothered associate had to do it for me. So lesson of the story ladies and gentlemen, drive a distance to another store. These kids don’t appreciate having a job and have an obnoxious attitude.

  Poor customer service, don’t value the time for their clients, go to some other UPS stores if you can. Won’t recommend
