    They really let me down. I brought in items for them to pack so I could check it as baggage on my plane ride home. They packed it in such a huge box that it wouldn’t even fit in my car. When I asked them to repack it in smaller boxes they said they don’t have them. The kid working gave me a lot of push back when I asked him to make it right. Never again!!

    DO NOT COME HERE! The customer service is horrible. The employee “James” refused to scan packages, despite me coming in 20 minutes before they closed. He continuously stopped to take other customers when I had arrived well before them and then told me I had to leave after he had only scanned half. He purposely wasted time so that he wouldn’t have to scan the rest of our packages. He is extremely lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. Go to any other location. AVOID this one at all costs.

    Nice person working there, but not knowledgeable and whoever the manager is should work on properly staffing enough people and having working equipment. Bottom line bad management- long waits and poorly maintained equipment.

    My daughter mailed a box priority military service and they gave her a receipt without a tracking number. Box wasn’t delivered and the manager won’t help. Told me I need to go the local post office, even though it was mailed from there. Horrible customer service!!! Would avoid like the plague. My wife was the woman. Your employee told my daughter and wife that it would be receivedt by Wednesday, not that it would go to customs in 2 days. No mention of not being able to give her a tracking number, handed her the receipt and they left. The only thing they mentioned was that is was cheaper to go to USPS directly. Either your employee is incompetent or a liar. Why would your manager tell me to go to USPS to get the problem resolved when she knew I didn't have a valid tracking number? Horrible customer service!!!
