He has not received any of his mail. Is it possible its getting dropped off at the wrong house, Cause if it is, It needs to get delivered to the right address. There is a yellow sticker on his mail. I tried calling the Bloomsburg Post Office 3 times this afternoon and nobody is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous
